We understand how hard it can be to choose the right size when you are buying shirts online. We are here to help you out if you find that your size preference is not what you initially thought. To get the correct size, first, log into your account and change your size preference. Then, shoot us an email at icreate@zake.com and we’ll assist you in adjusting the size you need.

All our shirts are pre-shrunk, so you should see little to no shrinkage after you wash it.

You are always charged on the same day you sign up, and then again on the first of the month for the following months. If you sign up after the 20th of the month, then your renewal date will be pushed to the next month in order to avoid consecutive billing in the same month.

Your first order will ship in 3-5 business days.

After your first shipment, you’ll be incorporated into our regular monthly order timing, which typically includes a charge on the 1st of the month and your package arriving around the 15th.

All recurring orders are shipped separately. So, if you have multiple monthly subscriptions, they will be shipped separately from each other.

Yes. All our products are packaged individually and sent separately, so the shipping fee is added to each subscription.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

We do not accept returns on items that have been washed, worn, or have their tags removed.
